Capilano Suspension Bridge to Produce it’s Own Soap Opera
No, I’m kidding but since I have your attention, what do Capilano Suspension Brige and soap-filled dramas have in common?
TV Azteca, one of Mexico’s national broadcasters, visited Vancouver and Capilano Suspension Bridge this week to film scenes for an upcoming prime time soap opera drama titled, “Entre el amor y el deseo” (Between Love & Desire). Capilano Suspension Bridge was included in the storyline for this television program, which will reach an estimated audience of up to 10 million viewers. Soap Opera’s are a big deal in Mexico and we were excited to meet some of the crew! Actor Mauricio Aspe & Actress Margarita Gralia were on set for their spectacle induced heart to heart moment.
I guess the longest and highest walking suspension bridge in the world and soap operas have more in common than we thought :-)
